NEW Student Pre-Enrollment

DeKalb County Eastern CSD is an open enrollment district and would welcome transfer requests who live outside the schools district.
Please fill out the form below to begin the enrollment process. After your information is received a staff member will contact you to complete the enrollment process including additional paperwork.

**If you are completing this form during summer break, staff will respond when they return approximately 2 weeks prior to the first day of school.

The following documentation will be needed:

Child's birth certificate (Board of Health copy, not hospital documentation)
Child's immunization records
If applicable, court documents for custody or visitation. Please be assured that this information is kept confidential. The court documents you provide should be the most recent and final copy of any court decree.
