DeKalb County Schools Food Services
DeKalb Eastern's Food Services department is made up of a team of professionals who are dedicated to students' health, well being, and ability to learn. We support learning by promoting healthy nutrition habits that will last a lifetime. Meals, foods, and beverages sold or served at our schools meet state and federal requirements which are based on the USDA Dietary Guidelines. We provide students with access to a variety of affordable and appealing foods that meet the health and nutrition needs of students.
Your children are our top priority! Our "lunch ladies" (as they are known to the students) take pride in serving tasty, nutritious, student-accepted meals with love and a smile. We consider ourselves blessed to have "hands that serve, hearts that care."
