Riverdale Reading Mentors
With the help of some WONDERFUL volunteers, Riverdale Elementary provides Reading Mentors to the Kindergarten students once a month.
Volunteers visit the classroom to be joined with their students and then go find a quite place within the school to read books together. Students help read and are asked questions to encourage reading excitement and comprehension.
